About Us

Sierra Tax Services is a small, family owned tax practice located in Fallon, NV.  With clients all over the world, Melanie and Ty Ludlow provide a wide range of tax services to fit each client’s needs.  Melanie Ludlow, JD, co-owner and business manager, graduated from Villanova School of Law after participating in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and completing courses in partnership and individual taxation law.  By the end of 2026 Melanie will complete coursework and training to become a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist.  Ty Ludlow, co-owner and accountant, completed a degree in Accounting at UNR and has previously provided tax preparation services to lower income individuals at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinics in southern and northern NV.  Melanie and Ty have 4 young daughters and actively participate in and serve their community.  We are “Here to Help!”
